He is survived by: his wife Joyce Horvath (Jaroszewski); his children, Brian Horvath (Melissa), Debra Russwurm (Daniel), Dawn Niezgodski (Michael), Jennifer Owsianowski (Christopher) and Colleen Scarberry; his grandchildren, Christopher Effertz (Sarah), Brooke Goddard (Michael), Heather Pratt (Brandon), Brittany Scarberry, Brandon Niezgodski, Kelsey Niezgodski, Abigail Niezgodski, Katie Freestone, Bradley Freestone, Amanda Horvath, Cole Horvath, Brianna Horvath, Cody Owsianowski, Thomas Owsianowski, Daniel Russwurm, Jr. and Danielle Keller (Chad); his great grandchildren, Tatym, Eli, Emerson, Lincoln, Elijah, Alyssa and Ryan; and his sister Patricia Ellis.
