He was predeceased by: his father William Earl; and his brother James Barrett. He is survived by: his wife Norma Barrett; his son Jason Barrett of Granger; and his sisters, Iva Suski of Granger, Lou Nixon of Florida, Anna Beason of Washington, Margaret Deman, Sandra Weaver and Barbara Laughman.
