He was predeceased by : his parents, John Oltman and Agnes Oltman (Blaszczyk). He is survived by : his wife Karen Lou Delinski; his sons, Michael Oltman (Janice) of Niles and James Oltman, Jr. (Candace) of Elkhart; his stepgrandson Tyler Weeks (Amie) of Buchanan; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Alexis Weeks.
