He is survived by: his mother Marie Zack (Dlugosz) of South Bend; his daughter Kylie Salmon (Matt) of Rosedale; his grandchildren, Allie, Brenton and Jase Salmon of Rosedale; his siblings, Diane Buergler (Bob) of Indianapolis, John Zack (Stacy) of Granger, Sandy Francoeur (Scott) of South Bend and Kathy Kennedy (John) of South Bend; and his nieces and nephews, Justin, Tanner Jaeger, Nicole, Alex Francoeur, Joe, Steven Zack, Garrett Johnson, Lauren Bishop, Marty and Zach Kennedy.
