He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Asbury and Opal Asbury (Sherrard); and his son Jeff Eberly. He is survived by: his wife Jan Asbury (Larsen); his daughters, Lisa Taylor, Michelle O'Malley (Robert) and Kim Cole (Vance); his grandchildren, Michael Taylor (Rebecca), Sara Hiatt (Chad), Megan O'Malley, Lauren O'Malley, Kristen O'Malley, Byron Eberly, Connor Cole and Brady Cole; and his brothers, Bill Asbury and James Asbury. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home (10776 McKinley Hwy, Osceola, IN 46561). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens (10776 McKinley Hwy, Osceola, IN 46561).
