He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Kruppa; his children, Linda Montgomery (Ken), Lisa Forchetti (Derrick) and David Kruppa (Rachel); his grandchildren, Krystina Van Atta (Chad), Joey Forchetti, Olivia Forchetti, Sam Forchetti, Trevor Montgomery, Joshua Kruppa, Claire Forchetti, Sarah Montgomery, Lauren Kruppa and Anna Kruppa; his great grandchildren, Christopher Gibson, Chayse Van Atta and Camdyn Van Atta; his sister Lucille Polesky; and his sister-in-law Ann Kruppa.
