She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Graber and La Della Mae Graber (Allison); her son Michael Carter; and her brothers, Dennis Graber and Samuel Graber.
She is survived by: her son Mark Carter; her sisters, Brenda Breslin (David) and Debra Porter; and her daughter-in-law Dawn Murphy. She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
