He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence W. Wade and Marjorie M. Wade (Leathco); his brother David Wade; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Wade and Chuck Scales.
He is survived by: his wife Amanda A. Reasonover-Wade; his daughter Megan K. Wade (John Orlando) of St. Louis, Missouri; and his siblings, Diana Scales of Huntingburg, Arnold Wade (Rae) of Florham Park and Doug Wade (Wendy Bynum) of Goshen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Arthritis Foundation.
