He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Moffa and Catherine Moffa (Calbaice); and his brothers, Dan, Tony and Mike Moffa.
He is survived by: his close friend Karen Takach of Granger; his daughter Tracey Moffa-Henson (John); his stepson Cory Gehring (Rachel); his grandchildren, Theresa Henson, Richard Paul Patrick Henson, Sierra Weller (Austin), Cory Gehring Jr. and Camille Tamayo; and his great grandchildren, Melody and Damon Weller.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to organizations supporting military veterans or K-9 rescue efforts.
