We announce the death of Paul Shanley of Granger, Indiana, who passed away on August 3, 2026, at the age of 88. Paul will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" Shanley and Laura Shanley (Harty); and his sister-in-law Barbara Shanley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Shanley; his daughter Margaret "Peggy" Rose (Michael "Mike" Rose, Sr.); his brothers, James "Jim" Shanley, Jr. and Robert "Bob" Shanley (Andrea); his grandchildren, Sarah Kraft (Eric), Grace Rose and Michael Rose, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Charlotte "Lottie" and Hattie Kraft; and his nieces and nephews, James "Jimmy" Shanley (Susan), Debbie Lachney (Rowdy), Christine Connolly (Kevin), Lindsay Hanley (Matt) and Sam Shanley.
