Reiner; his children, Erin Van Dieren (Paul) of Granger, Shawn Ryan (Anita) of South Bend and Colleen Essex (Roger) of Granger, Indiana; his grandchildren, Andrew Van Dieren, Elise Van Dieren, Macaire Ryan, Zoe Essex and Gavin Essex; his great grandchild Alexandra Van Dieren; and his siblings, Patrick H. Ryan of Princeton and Kathleen Szeker of Glen Allen, Virginia..
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Palmer Funeral Home - Hickey Chapel (17131 Cleveland Rd, South Bend, IN 46635). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (52473 State Hwy 933, South Bend, IN 46637).
