He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cook and Vera Cook-Alexander (Morgan); and his siblings, Edward Cook Jr. and Thomas Cook. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Cook (Wilkerson); and his children, Donna Venturelli (Larry), Debra Daugharty (Michael) and Richard Cook Jr. (Eileen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
