He is survived by: his wife R. Sharon Heater; his daughters, Dawn M. Forsythe of Granger and Debra M. Tiede-Schroeder of Summertown; his grandchildren, Thomas Forsythe, Christian Forsythe, Jerod Tiede and Taylor Tiede; and his great grandchild Cayde Forsythe. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
