He is survived by: his wife Christine Tobolski; his children, Cynthia Samulis (Joseph), Juliet Frazier (Robert), Eric Gerschoffer (Stephanie) and Jarrod Gerschoffer (Anna); and his grandchildren, Samantha (John), Adam, Joelle (Cole), Rachael, Vivian and Sophia.
Memorial contributions may be made to Heart to Heart Hospice or the favorite charity of the donor.
