He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Elizabeth Pettine (Williston); his wife Virginia Lee Pettine of Granger; his stepdaughters, Elizabeth Roberts (Jeffery) of Decatur, IN, Valerie L. Kaczmrek of South Bend, IN and Lori Niehoff (Dave) of Indianapolis, IN.; his sons, David S. Pettine of California, Greg Pettine (Lori) of Granger, IN. and William Williston Pettine Jr.; and his sister Jacqueline Brett.
