He is survived by: his wife Doris Siatkowski; his daughter Amy Elizabeth Schmitt (Mark); his grandsons, Joseph Casimir Schmitt (Nicole) and William Thomas Schmitt (Allyson); his siblings-in-law, Pat Starr and Thom Reith; and his stepchildren, Tim Shide (Jen), Michael Shide (Amy), Angela Dunlap and Lori Walbert (Tony). He is also survived by family members and friends.
