He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lynne Riggs; his stepchildren, Stacy Lowe (Chris) of Reelsville, IN, Cherri Enea (Jim) of Fishers, IN and Jay Riggs (Julayne) of Queen Creek, AZ; his grandchildren, Christina Bloch Rodefelt (Jennifer Rodefelt) of Fishers, IN, Aubrey Riggs, Chelsea Seal (Brad), Britani Enea and Parker Riggs; his great grandchildren, Brayden Vaughn, Ezra Enea, Hudson Seal and Savannah Seal; his siblings, Diane Surber of Anderson, IN and Robert Tipton (Peggy) of Georgia; and his niece Tamara Mink (Charles) of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by 3 nephews; also several cousins.
