With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elizabeth A. Fields in Greencastle, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 23, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Lee S. Jarrett and Evelyn Coleman Jarrett; her brother Robert Jarrett; and her grandsons, Samuel Parker Fields and Jason Hinkle (Ling).

She is survived by: her husband Dr. Donald L. Fields; her children, Betty and Richard Fields (Myrna) of Spencer, IN; her grandchildren, Riley and Ethan (Randee); her great grandchildren, Parker and Daisy; her granddaughter Susan Braswell (Chris); her great grandchildren, Clara and Jillian; her grandchildren, Ann and Pentz (Bob) of Scottsdale, AZ; her great grandchildren, Annalora and Nicholas; her granddaughter Barbara Fields Timm (Steve) of Reelsville, IN; her great grandchildren, Audrey (Raymond) and Calvin (Kaitlyn); her grandson D. Scott Fields (Melanie) of Nashville; and her great grandchild Mallory.
