He was predeceased by : his parents, Gilbert O'Hair and Mildred O'Hair; his wife Angie O'Hair; his great grandchild Carter James Evens; and his siblings, Gerald O'Hair, Lloyd O'Hair and Marilyn McManama.

He is survived by : his children, Monta Gazvoda (Albert) of Clinton Falls, Stacy O'Hair (Judy Porte) of Milford, Janet Baker of Brazil, Toni Chadd of Greencastle, Anita Schmitz (Mark Collins) of Greencastle and Tom Chadd (Tammy) of Indianapolis; and his pet Cooper. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, various nieces and nephews.
