He is survived by: his wife Sheila Brackney McCullough; his brother David McCullough (Peggy); his daughters, Lisa Gall (Eric), Kari Schimpf (Mike) and Meghan Tipton (Chris); and his grandchildren, Noah, Allison Schimpf, Rachel, Nathan Gall and Jonathon Mace.
