It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harry Ray Brooks of Greencastle, Indiana, who passed away on November 15, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Harry departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Harry may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Harry leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry H. Brooks and Pearl Brooks (Ray); and his wife Helen Lundgren. He is survived by: his sons, Howard Brooks (Marilyn) and Harold Brooks (Katherine). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
