We announce the death of Heather Gerlach of Greencastle, Indiana, who passed away on August 27, 2026, at the age of 45. She is survived by: her parents, James E. Gerlach and Denise L. Middleton; her children, Nicklaus Gerlach and Kaylie Polster; and her brothers, Brandon Mowery and James Gerlach.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Whitaker Funeral Home (201 N Lafayette St, Cloverdale, IN 46120). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
