Billingsley; his daughters, Amber Spires and April Billingsley; his siblings, James Patrick Billingsley and Elizabeth Ann Shuler (Danny); his grandchildren, Kierra Billingsley, Grayson Spires, Charlotte Spires, Brody Spires and Jaxon Homler; and his nieces and nephews, Jae Billingsley (Cory) and Lindsey Pulliam.
