He was predeceased by : his parents, Bedford Henry and Martha Louise O'Neal (King). He is survived by : his wife Wanda Kay O'Neal (Smithers); his children, Darla Jean Bradley, Connie Star Lofland (Brad), Cindy LuAnn Laybourne (Bill), Phil Allan O'Neal Jr. (Jodi), Lannie Ray O'Neal (Traci) and Lonnie Jay O'Neal (Ramona); and his siblings, Linda Louise Hehmann, Phyllis Pamela Smither (John), Danny Craig O'Neal (Lana) and Brent Eugene O'Neal (Lorie). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; several great and great-great grandchildren.
