Butt; his children, Debra Butt and Phillip M Butt Jr.; and his stepchildren, Tony Robertson (Tami), Natalie Pritchard (Jim) and Dean Robertson (Sandra). He is also survived by eight step grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
