He is survived by: his wife Verma Davis; his children, Robert Davis Jr. (Julie), Karen Cornell (Joel) and Evelyn Evans (Derek); his grandchildren, Sadie, William, Hannah, Riddick, Zelda and Essie; his mother Elaine Davis (Rochelle); and his siblings, James P. "Sandy" Davis III (Sarah), Denise Alesi and Neil Davis (Betsey). He is also survived by five nephews.
