He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Gaston and Nina Gaston (McClure); his brothers, Elwin, Lou, Guy, Gene and Francis; his nephew Bruce; and his son-in-law Curt Scheuermann.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Gaston (Varvel); his children, Myrna Scheuermann (Gaston) and Rick Gaston; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Brandy, Carissa, Amber, Kyla, Brett, Russell and Lokysa. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; and a large extended family.
