He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Charles and Mary Elizabeth Carmichael (Simmons); and his sister Lois Ellen Apple. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Mae Braddock; his children, Jason Carmichael (Karen) and Alissa Carmichael (Chad Bozell); and his grandchildren, Piper, Mackenzie and Braxton.
