He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Kemerly and Pauline Kemerly (Foreback); his wife Nayo Kemerly (Shinoki); and his siblings, Carolyn Garriott, Marvin Kemerly and Thomas Kemerly.
He is survived by: his sons, Terry Kemerly and Mike Kemerly; and his brother Jerry Kemerly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
