He was predeceased by: his sisters, Betty and Dorothy; and his grandson Jimmy. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Jessica, Elizabeth and Annabel; his bonus-childrens, Michelle, Amanda, Michael and April; and his sisters, Donna and Janice. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society- Indiana Chapter, 5635 W. 96th Street, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46278.
