He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence B. Toon and Elva Marie Toon (Mason). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Mardis (Grist); his daughters, Jennifer Mardis and Allison Trinkle (Audie); his granddaughters, Aubrey Wilson (Payton) and Hailee Rose; and his siblings, Linda Mardis, Pam Wood and Tim Mardis. He is also survived by niece and nephew.
