She is survived by: her husband John Michael Phillips; and her daughters, Lori Brown, Carrie Devries-Hutchens (Doug Hutchens) and Christy Devries-Jones (Erick Jones). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
