Dorothy S. Forth Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy S. Forth of Greenfield, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 25, 2025 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dorothy S. Forth to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Ferguson and Arabelle Ferguson (Beggs); her husband Claude Forth; and her brothers, James D. Ferguson and Jerrell L. Ferguson.

She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Musselman and Suzy Zeller (Kevin); her stepchildren, Kevin Forth (Brenda) and Pam Forth; her grandchildren, Eric Beeman (Ali), Jessica Marvel (Tom), Ashley Schultz (Adam), Cody Musselman, Alicia Gabriel, Hannah Johnson (Brent) and Ross Zeller; and her brother Jerry Ferguson. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory (1484 US-40, Greenfield, IN 46140). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
