He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Gustin and Hester Gustin (Walker); his son Danny Gustin; and his brothers, Guy Gustin and Lloyd Gustin.

He is survived by: his wife Luellen Wicker; his children, Mary Jessup (Phil), Viv Hendricks (Troy) and David Gustin (Denise); his daughter-in-law Annette Gustin; and his sisters, Loretta Stark and Gayle Pierson. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
