She is survived by: her sons, Tony (Kimberly Shive) and Terry Stephens (Heidi); her siblings, Charmia Smith, Glatha Tyler, Tammy Davis, Melinda Polly, Patricia Anderson and Randy Anderson; her grandchildren, Brooke, Brady, Bailey, Madison and Zachary; and her great grandchild Emmey Arnold. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
