He is survived by: his mother Virginia (Ginny) Mackey (Ax); his siblings, Steven (Karen Mackey) and Marie Dokes (Mackey); and his siblings' children, Kina Arnett (Mackey), Danielle Chavaria and Zackary Reynolds. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and good friends.
