The memory of Jerleen Griffith of Greenfield, Indiana, who passed away on August 1, 2025 at the age of 81, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marlow Nolan and Polly Hensley (Couch); and her siblings, Harold "Gene" Howard, Freddie Nolan and Alleen Ray.
She is survived by: her husband John J. Griffith of Greenfield; her son David Griffith (Ellen); her siblings, Phyllis Goodin, Matt Hensley, Ruby Gross and Larry Nolan (Lydia); her brother-in-law James Ray; and her caregivers, Karen Brown and Sharon VonGunten. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, including special nieces.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory (1484 US-40, Greenfield, IN 46140). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at the Park Cemetery (621 S State St, Greenfield, IN 46140).
