She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Weaver and Doris Opal Weaver (Willoughbe); her husband Michael W. Kuzminski; and her brother Fred Lynch. She is survived by: her son Christopher K. Wainscott (Debbie) of Greenfield; her granddaughters, Madalynd Wainscott and Jarolyn Wainscott; and her siblings, John F. Weaver of Kokomo, James R. Lynch of Indianapolis and Carole Fine of Greenfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
