He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dale and Betty Lou Holden (Buntz); his brothers, Donald Eugene Holden and Charles Dewayne Holden; and his grandparents, Mary Springer, Roy and Edna Holden.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Holden (Boden); his sons, Scotty Dale Holden, Tony Holden (Robin) and Paul Holden (Jodi); his grandchildren, Mackenzie Glumac (Sinisa), Aaron Holden (Haley Cox) and Zachariah Holden (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Iliana, Lillian, Everly and Milan; and his sister-in-law Debbie Holden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
