She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Foley (Bud) and Barbara Ann Foley (Shaw); and her former husband Kenneth Garner. She is survived by: her husband Charles Garner; her children, Cynthia Adams (Charles) and Paul Garner (Janice); her grandchildren, Ashley Garcia (Ben), Jacob Garner, Skylee De-Olivera (Bruno) and Mackenzie Heck (Alex); and her great grandchildren, Logan, Annabelle, Alex and Vivian.
