She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Louis Neer; her parents, Harold Mills and Evelyn Francis Mills; and her son Christopher Neer. She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Neer, Gregory Neer and Daniel Neer (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Shauna (Jonathan), Ashley (David), Joshua, Ramsey and Eric (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Autumn, Chloe, Brooklyn, Mariska, Kaden and Ethan; her great great grandchildren, Violet and Leo; and her siblings, Randall Mills (Nettie) and Debbie Adams. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
