With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marlene Holtzclaw (Greenfield, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 28, 2025 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Tichenor and Elsie Tichenor; her husband Louis Ray Holtzclaw; and her brother Wesley Tichenor. She is survived by: her children, Howard Holtzclaw (Bindy), Donieta Ross and Lisa Jay (David); her grandchildren, Kandis Powell (Matt), Kyle Brouillette (Jennie), Rachel Holtzclaw, Max Holtzclaw, Hallie Jay and Sadie Jay; her great grandchildren, Lennon Powell and Nolan Powell; and her siblings, Loretta Beck, Irene Herbert and Marvin Tichenor. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
