She is survived by : her husband Ronald Collins of Greenfield, Indiana; her children, Patricia Maloney (Tim) of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, Ronald G. Collins (Heather) of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio and Deborah Ekmark of Fort Myers, Florida; her daughter-in-law Dawn Collins of Fishers, Indiana; her siblings, Fred Fouts (Sandy) of Doylestown, Ohio and Ruthie Stein (Gordon) of Fountaintown, Indiana; her sister-in-law Mary Fouts of Orville, Ohio; her grandchildren, Philip (Gina), Christopher (Jessie), Dilan (Ashley), Devin, Gabriel (Carissa), Reagan, Alexa (Darin) and Abagail (Aaron); and her great grandchildren, Ainsley, Lorelei, Delilah and Olivia.
