He is survived by: his parents, Marion Scott and Janet Scott; his wife Heather; his sons, Izac, Ivan and Gregory Marshall; his pets, Lucy and Coco; his siblings, Gregory Scott, Angela Rosio and Lori Kay Scott; his uncles, Marvin Persinger and Tom Johnson; and his cousins, Andy Persinger and Jim Persinger. He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Voss and Sons Funeral and Cremation Services (316 N Chestnut St, Seymour, IN 47274). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial donations may be made in Patrick's memory to Spina Bifida Association or American Red Cross.
