He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Burrows and Jewell Burrows (Abel); and his son Reid Morgan Burrows. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn Burrows of Greenfield; his daughter Laura Shaw (Jim); his stepchildren, Jessica Stevens Stapleton (Mike), Ben Stevens (Leslie) and Katie Stevens North (Steven); his grandchildren, Vada, Iris, Lily Shaw, Evelyn, Margaret Alvarez, Wyatt, Mason Stapleton, Madison, Olivia Stevens and Reagan North; and his pet Dharma Jewell.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory (1484 US-40, Greenfield, IN 46140).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Melanoma Research Foundation, 1420 K Street, NW, 7th Floor, Washington, DC 20005, or envelopes will be available at the mortuary.
