He is survived by: his wife Tena Crabtree; his sons, Aaron and Chris Crabtree; his grandchildren, Phoenix, Blake and Mason; his great grandchild Aurelia Crabtree; his brother Craig Crabtree; and his stepbrothers, Mitchell, Mike and David Craft.
