He is survived by: his wife Wanda Kelley (Graves); his children, Bill Foor (Kim), Patty Foor and Steve Foor (Amber); his grandchildren, Chelsey, Taylor, Katie, Krista and Brayden; and his sisters, Barbara Englert and Kathy Dishman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
