He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Tharp and Glenda Mann Tharp. He is survived by : his wife Patsy Charlton Tharp; his children, Brian Fields (Regina) of Cambridge City, Michelle Cox of Greens Fork and Douglas Tharp (Kandis) of Nashville, TN.; his granddaughters, Ashley Fields and Kassi Fields of Greens Fork; and his friend Chuck Farr (Michelle). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
