He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Sebastian and Norma Jean Sebastian (Rhyne). He is survived by: his daughter Kelsey Sebastian of Indianapolis; and his siblings, Melinda Mann of Rushville, Mark Sebastian of Greensburg, Cary Sebastian (Connie) of Greensburg and Bob Sebastian of Indianapolis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home (302 N Franklin St, Greensburg, IN 47240). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
