He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wade and Mercedes Wade. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie L. Caffee; and his children, Dewayne Wade (Helen) and Tina Hunter (Rob). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 5 siblings; and several nieces and nephews.
